When i start out in my car driving down the road I hear this water noise coming from the right side of the front of the car. What is this noise and what does it mean?

also ive noticed that when its raining and im breaking that my wheels shakes and I hear a noise. I think its the rotors but why would it only do this in the rain? is it time for new ones?

Thanks!!

The water sound is your heater core filling with engine coolant. Normal but you may want to check you're coolant level just to be sure.
The other noise you hear is a wheel bearing I think. I had those same symptoms with my '95. Changed the rotors changed the caliper on that side, checked everything. I never did figure out that noise and it only happened in the rain. It sorta sounds like a whirring sound right? I think it's the wheel bearing. IDK

oh talked to my dad - he failed to inform me my break pads are half way worn and they are not seeding all the way across the rotor.

my dad said its not the heater core! hmm i hate having a old deaf guy for a dad (note - hes an awesome dad though) cuz he can never hear what im talking about when i complain about a weird noise! lol

ok, it can be one of two things
1. it could be that ur allignment is off, when u r going fast (lets say 90) do u feel a shaking in the steerig wheel? try centering ur steerying wheel does it turn? ur toe could be off
2. like u said ur brake pads are off, what is happening is they r worn down so u have metal touching metal (could be that "water noise") u need to change them, cause u dont want warped rotors.... when u brake hard..does ur brake pedal feel kingy?

also, its prob that time to check all lines n hoses n make sure connected

I have that water noise on the right side too. All the fluid levels are normal. (including the coolant) I only hear it when I make a turn, not while driving straight and it goes away within a few minutes.

Exactly what presure said. You probably have a air pocket in your radiator. Mine did that when i installed my new radiator, not very hard to fix.

looks like its a common problem for celica's because my car has the water noise too after i changed my timing belt. Don't know why and seems like im losing coolant from it.

It's not a problem, it's a noise and nothing more. It's not causing any damage or harming anything.
