i swapped my 5sfe for a new one and after the swap, now the idles are way off , around 2000rpms. do i need to adjust the idle? how would i go about doing so? anyone? anyone?

and check your timing, sometimes that can get too far advanced, and cause high idle.

there was a cracked vacuum line like you said doc, but the idle also needed to be adjusted because it had been disconnected. i really just had no idea how to do it, but with the help of the colonel, it was solved!
