aside from the stock oil pressure sensor, is there another place on the head or the block that could be tapped to get a reading for a guage (oil press./oil temp)? or is a tee the only way to go? I know there are block adapters out there but thats out of the price range rght now. thanks

Isn't there a hex bolt right in front of the stock sensor that can be removed to add the sensor he is talking about on the 3rd gen?

for the drain plug? i would worry about using that, because if the sensor probe sticks out a little and hits something on the road, youll loose your oil (and your motor) in a matter if minutes and not even know it .
