ok i got a jdm fuel pressure regulator and i dont know how to hook it up. could some one please help me??
no directions in box. thats y im asking. thanks guys.....spke719

it adjust the amount of fuel going to the engine. to add hp. burns more fuel at once. adjust from 20 to 80 psi.

take the stock FPR out & tap the line run it to the newfuel pressure regulator I got a fuel rail taped if you want it PM me....

you not gonna "gain" HP by doing that, all your gonna do is waste more gas. wink.gif

A FPR keeps the fuel pressure at the injectors constant so that gas gets fed evenly into the intake manifold. An adjustable fuel pressure regulator allows you to adjust the fuel pressure. Manny is correct that increasing the fuel pressure by itself will not result in performance gains. It does, however, allow you to get more fuel out of smaller injectors thereby allowing you to reach higher horsepower numbers IF YOU HAVE THE SUPPORTING MODIFICATIONS TO DO SO.

well i know all that but i just need to know how to hook it up......see i just thought more fuel flowing through would help out mabey 5-10 hp. but would it help a little by pumping more fuel to be burnt there fore igniting hotter and burning faster......but what ever

No. Generally, more fuel than stock, all else being equal, will result in a COOLER charge. If you don't change anything but the fuel pressure you will likely lose power. You would for sure on a forced induction application but I am not sure for N/A.
