oem exhaust muffler fit on our years, Ticket for Exhaust modified Options

long story short i got a ticket for modified exhaust, so i am wonder if i can fit a 5 th gen celica oem muffler will fit on my 6 gen just to pass inspection from a cop, i need it to look like it will stay there and that basically it looks stock. can anyone give me feed back thanks!! my deadline is on the 11 of april. sucks that i got a ticket but, funny as hell, i know that the cop really really wanted to give me a speeding ticket, but he had no clocked speed so he just gave me a fix-a-ticket hahahahaha

what kind of exhuast do you have?

the muffler will fit, they are universal. But the piping will be different and not bolt up.

just take a picture of an ST exhaust and print it. show it to the judge! you should be ok. or am i wrong cuz i never had an exhaust ticket cuz im a legal guy.

yeah they should fit.. did you want to weld it or just put it on there for temporary use? i actually changed my 5" cannon muffler with the factory muffler. i love the look (sprayed all black to match the black car) and the quietness hehe i wouldn't put another muffler unless im going to do the whole lot. ask if you need a pic of the look ok -R

thats why i run a dynomax muffler, looks stock, and sounds like stock with a minimal difference

i dunno but my dynomax was loud as balls..

but for exhaust tickets just show up to court with a picture of a stock exhaust celica thats the same color as yours and say i fixed it here is a picture to prove it...they'll dismiss the charges...

if you really want to replace it a 5th gen piece won't bolt up you need to get a 6th gen piece

thats why i have my 3" magna flow hidden under the car with the exhaust piping going no further back from where the second cat and first resignator/muffler is and i have my stock muffler just hanging in the back for show lol

While the magnaflow is loud when i get pulled over i just make sure my car is turned off when the officer comes a knocking.

they cop that gave me the ticket said i need to have it signed off by any cop, basically i need to bring my car to any cop let them look at it and then they will sign it off, on top of that there will be a 25-30 dollar fee. how i got pulled over i dont even know??? i made a right turn then accelerated not even hard acceleration because i had to stop because of the red light and traffic coming. when i started going again i see a cop two cars behind me and when i get into bally's parking lot he flashes lights and everything

they can't catch anyone pulling stunts, so they saw your celica as a potential ticketer, so it will look like they have been doing their jobs besides sitting under the shade just chit-chattering...it's sad but true for some cops because my friend is a CHP, he gets in trouble if he doesn't give a ticket in 1-2 days of his hours...hope it works out!
