Funny ricer video Options

I went to my friend's new shop the other day and was talkin 2 them. My buddy Sasha was tellin me about his newest venture with his video production company. Its called I love sluts productions..lol. Long story behind the name. Any ways, he told me if i really wanted to laugh check out his video he did for a project for college. Its ILS Productions at Import Fest 2005..or Rice Fest 2005 as they call it. Its pretty funny, the music over top is a bit loud at times, but its still funny. Wait till the end for the best part..

EDIT: Sasha is "The Champ" and Eric is Batman...it will all make sence when u watch the video..and also Sasha drives a crazy fast S14, thats why he rips on some ppl in the video for slow cars.

the video had potential, but i wish they had shown more of the cars. most of what i saw were normal tuner cars and nothing really riced out.

the Probe they showed at the end was pretty ricey...the guy had MKIII supra tails on it.

Eh, that was kinda mean. I don't much care for show cars, especially Japanese show cars, but I don't think it's right to bash on those guys. I don't know though, I've been know to make fun of them from time to time. I'm with Lagos, I wished they would have shown some more of the cars. I didn't really feel like watching them talk at a car show. You want to see a car show for the cars. Not a couple of guys with nothing better to do than bash on people for their hard work. But I suppose it was hard work putting that video together.

Just to let everyone know, my original post was actually kinda mean. I couldn't bring myself to post it. I would be lowering myself down to that level. I do understand the desire for the occasional bash.

they were mostly rippin on thouse kids cuz the one kid said hez like pro drifter and he was braging to them about how he was goin down an exit ramp beside a bus and clipped either the bus or the gaurd rail and spun his car and got t-boned and wrecked it. Eric doesnt drift, but Sasha has won 3 out of 4 CSCS drift sessions this year. And this guy was sayin he had the sickest S13 ever, and hez talkin 2 the guy who owns this...




dynoed at 349WHP. Plus in Toronto, probably about 80% of the cars that are "souped up" here, are strickly show, 15% ghetto rice (painted black hoods and type R stickers on 88 4dr accords), and 5% actuall performance. And its every one of the guys besides the actual performance guys who street race and think their car is the sh*t. These guys drift strickly on the track and also in the last 2 or 3 month there have been 2 or 3 deaths from street racing..1 was from a cab driver who was going through a green light and was side swipped by 2 street racers. Thats why these guys rip on them.

i didnt find it funny at all except when he was messin with the kid for makin up bull**** about drifting. and that s14 is kinda ugly, I hate when they drive around with no bumper. And it was kinda mean for messin with people with show cars, its there hobby, not everybody has the know how to do engine modifications.

no bumper helps ventilation, but having one actually forces the air through the IC rather than over/under the car.

not sure if taking it off is benecial, that is iunno if the ventilation helps more than the air being forced though

he only takes it off for track days cuz it allows the air 2 hit the IC alot easier.

B. No offense to your friends, but I hope they aren't legitimately trying to venture into film production. The camera work was terrible, as well as the audio. Real film production requires thousands of dollars of equipment; not just two smart-asses with a handy-cam.

It's just as not cool to make fun of these guys efforts as it is for them to bash on ricers. The "show gets hoes, not go" thing is funny. Most of the time this is true. I've only been around one girl that actually appreciated a car being fast. All the others just consintrate on it being pretty. That's why they love all the Mustangs the same.

to me that was pointless... i absolutely hate people that rip on other ppls cars just because they dont like them. Everybody has their own sense of creativity and everyone should respect that, not bash it. Granted i dont care for a lot of show stuff because im more of a practicality type of person, but thats just mean especially when he hands the guy the bag of rice. Thats just insulting in my mind. Waste of time watching that video.

same here. they were pretty immature to do that. it was like they went to a special ed school and made fun of people.

just because they're slow doesnt mean you have to make fun of them.
