nope. I don't remember all the options. It was a test question that I couldn't figure out. But I guessed at it and failed the test. 53%. now I get to take the class over again. FUN

if there are only 4 possible places to enter the letters this is what it should be...im pretty sure but its been a while since i had any math

It's 6 x 5 x 4 x 3 = 360.

The number of different letters you can pick from is 6, then there are 5 different ones, and so on, until you've picked all 4.

Ya, the "!" is the factorial.
The answer is 6! / (6! - 4!), since you're picking 4 letters.
So it turns out to be 6! / 2! which is 6 x 5 x 4 x 3.

the answer is 360 right? 6x5x4x3 cause no letter can be repeated twice so each box would be one less than previous and there are 4 combinations of letters to be used.
