yesterday night we spent 1.5 hours on dyno. engine was running smooth and gearbox was so fine smile.gif
results was like this
490.7 hp @ 179km/H 5962 at 1.1 boost pressure
419.4 awhp@ 179km/H 5962 at 1.1 boost pressure

462 hp@6623 at 0.9 bar boost
382 awhp@6623 at 0.9 bar boost
523 nm torque @5876 rpm 0.9 bar boost

324 awp @ 0.7 bar boost

we couldnt boost more because of my greedy type s bov. 5900 rpm is so early for max power. this is because of boost leak form bov. tunner said that injectors was nearly reaching max level so we need bigger ones.
i ll go dyno again next month with new mods.. mods will be; greedy type R bov. top feed 1000 cc enj with new fuel rail.
and larger exhoust.
we are planning to have max boost arround 1.5- 1.6 bar. i wish we dont have and more proplems.

i want to say that my car is still at work shop.. i have some fresh news from workshop. they just installed greedy type R BOV and replacing sard 255 lph fuel pump with apexi 255 fuel pump. i have 4 new greedy gouges (fuel press, exhoust temp, oil press. and boost) that installed today. so now they can see better how is fuel going. today we will have some road tunning. i hope to go higher boost's.
here is me and mottis( tunner) he is explaining me about tunning

a MAP sensor reads the pressure and converts it into OHMS...
tells the computer how much boost/vacuum is being made

Is this a must?

@tufy Where did you buy it?

"The Manifold Absolute Pressure (MAP) sensor measures the changes in the intake manifold pressure which result from engine load (intake manifold vacuum) and rpm changes; and converts these into a voltage output. By monitoring the sensor output voltage, the ECU know the manifold pressure. At lower pressure output voltage will be about 1 to 2 volts at idle. While at higher pressure or at Wide Open Throttle (WOT) output voltage will be about 4 to 4.8. The MAP sensor is also used, under certain conditions, to measure barometric pressure, allowing the ECU to make adjustments for different altitudes. The ECU uses the MAP sensor to control fuel delivery and ignition timing."

2 bar = 14.7 psi (oem i think)

lol sorry i was out by .2 wink.gif
3 bar is now 29psi
4 bar 43.5psi
5 bar 58psi

i got the orignal #s off a quick yahoo scan
"1 Bar MAP sensors are used on NA(naturally asperated) vehicles.
2 Bar MAP Sensors are used on forced induction vehicles(Turbo & Supercharged). They can measure up to 2x the apmospheric pressure(29.4psi), so that means it can measure up to 14.7psi boost(the atmosphere is 14.7psi + 14.7psi from the turbo/supercharger).
3 Bar MAP sensors can measure up to 44.1psi, which translates to 29.7psi boost from a Turbo/supercharger."
http://www.rmsirace.com/emanage/GM_MAP_sen...tification.html

thanks for catching that smile.gif

Where did you get the map sensor from tufy? What is this sensor doing exactly?

i am planning to use HKS fuel rail. but still i dont have prices to decide.
my tunner installed this map sensor. thanks doogy and playr 158 for info.
btw. i drived my car yesterday night. it was awsome. power is at little bit high rpms but once turbo spoools its very fast. its hard to drive. i have to made some more practice to improve my driving skills.

actually we are both right...your talking atmospheric pressure....mine is in turbo/supercharger boost pressure

"2 bar map = They can measure up to 2x the atmospheric pressure(29.4psi), so that means it can measure up to 14.7psi boost(the atmosphere is 14.7psi + 14.7psi from the turbo/supercharger)."
you have to remember turbo pressure is ABOVE atmosphere...so 0 boost = 14.7 atmosphere so when you read 14.7 on your gauge thats really 29psi...
make sense now?
