Very cool. I installed my Teins over a month ago, but I took much longer than 3.5 hours (did it myself and ran into "issues" lol). Your ride quality should be about the same too as long as you installed them correctly. Would love to see some pics. You are one of the few on here with a 1999 GT. smile.gif Oh, and if you are looking for a quieter intake, you should get the K&N drop in panel filter.

I keep hearing about people saying that teins would give a ride quality similar to stock. However, my ride quality changed quite a bit. KYB gr2s and teins , now it is much bumpier, feeling every small bump on the road instead of the stock setup.

I just got my Teins on Wednesday and installed the fronts myself. They were easy. But on the back, I stripped the allen key bolt so I just said **** it, and i'm having my mechanic throw on the rears and fix my power window.

Did you have any problems with the rears? Especially with the sway bar end link? Got any pics of the car lowered?

I love my Tein/KYB setup, I agree it is bumpy, but it's expected. My jaw seriously dropped too when me and my buddy lowered the floor jack and saw the wheel gap disappear smile.gif

the sway bar end links were the easiest things in the world to take off. i hit the nuts with some wd40 a few minutes before i wrenched it. i just put a box end wrench oh the nut and an allen wrench into the allen screw and it came right out

The sway bar was the worst for me lol I think I need a new link now because I have a pretty bad noise coming from the rear.
