i mean the corolla has the 7afe, so its just as feasible has a 3sgte in an ST.
but, using an mr2 motor is pretty hard, not to mention i dont even know if it could fit in that engine bay. the mounts would be pretty hard to get, i mean, theyd have to go all custom, we get the liberty of using GT mounts, but there was no other engine offered in the corolla err, also, it depends on what type of corolla, but im pretty sure almost all corollas had A engine blocks |

it can be done, and it has been done. But ive never seen it done outside a tunershop project. I know that fensport in teh UK put a 3rd gen 3sgte into a newer corolla.
Also the question is, what year corrolla? -------------------- Its Orville's Celica, i just drive it... |

ive seen it done...theres a guy who works at JRP here in toronto who had all the motor mounts fabbed up, dropped it in, tuned it, and is the fastest sleeper around. He has it done in a 96 rolla 4dr. Also, ive seen 3s swaps into KP61 starlets.
Any swap can be done, all it requires is room, time and money. Ive seen AE86s with 2J swaps, 13B swaps and even an LS1 swapped into. The guys on a show here called Sports Car Revolution, are puttin a 351 Windsor into a 2002 Focus. A local shop called MSSC is puttin a 302 into a 88 300ZX. At my buddys shop they have a 93 civic del sol there with an SR20DET in it. All it takes is time, money and depends on if your engine bay has enough space.
