while waiting at a light my car just started shaking like crazy, i pull over, turn car off, turn it back on, engine light comes on, call dan, go to autozone, read code...cylinder #3 misfiring, pull plugs off, push them back, car starts up okay, erase codes but it still will jerk while idlling...any ideas what to look for now?
i did do a search and found 1 similar problem, someone suggested checking the gapping on the spark plugs. and i know i bought these ngk's pre-gapped

check the cap, rotor, wires, ect. go from where the spark starts to where it ends looking for issues.

Did you check your spark plugs? I had a crx that likes to blow up the insulators on the 2nd cylinder.

alright problem fixed...starting taking out wires then plugs, noticed the far right wire broke off onto the plug. needle nose pliers got it out, bought some toyota wires, popped them on. another thing that was bad was the person who i let put in my wires put them in the wrong order, so thats why #3 was coming up. so i put the wires in the right way, erased the code and car runs fine again.
