but its not for sale... some random guy is using my car in his advertisement for clear turn signals. but i dont even have those turn signals on my car! i messaged him to ask him for some free stuff and for some free turn signals and then i'll take another pic of my car for his advertisement..

Similar thing happened to me a while back. An big auction house here was using a photo of my Rover which was downloaded from my website. I called them up and spoke to the guy who 'Thought it was there for anyone to use". At which point I pointed out that it clearly stated on my site that all images were my copyright and weren't to use without my permission. The photo in the ad was replaced that afternoon

chrisc uses my pics without permission in any way for his site and his ebay ads...
but if a picture isn't copyrighted, then it is anyones to use

Free clear turns? You could sue for not gaining permission to use your pictures... unless of course you didn't have a copyright disclaimer anywhere near where he got that pic from...
