So, having completed a final today, went to unwind at Taco Bell with a friend. As we're leaving, trying to get out of the PINT sized parking lot, I neglect to consider the drive through line, sitting about .75 inches off of my back bumper, and hit an older African American lady in a Nissan maxima.

Celica: Slight rub marks which will buff with 5 minutes of elbow grease.

Maxima: dented/creased rear QP on the passenger's side (unibody)

While I get the butt end of the deal in this, it's pathetically amusing how well the Celi held up. Her car was probably at least a 95 and not in the best of shape, and she said not to worry about it, but I gave her my info anyway ("mistake" I know, but God is watching.)

So yeah. That sucked, but chalk one up for Toyota.

props for doing the right thing. i mean, you DID hit her. but hopefully you won't regret it if she ever calls you up and asks for a thousand bucks or what-not.
