Not feeling the rims too much. The body work looks great. But why did you mold the front bumper? What if you needed to change the headlights or what if you decided to turbo and needed to install a fmic? Molding things that aren't meant to be molded is just asking for trouble, hitting a dip or something the wrong way and it's gonna be crack city.

your the first one to notice, ha ha, i left school and didnt notice it until i got home but it looks like someone pulled in and hit it and left, but its fixed already! lol

and on the rims, im going for more the "show car" look lol, and noone in town has ne thing close to them lol

but thanks for the comments everyone, im hopin the paint comes in very soon

Edit: Chan i molded the front cause when it got put on there was a gap between the bumper and the fender, so the guys just molded it to make it look nicer, same with the rear, there was a gap there also!

Well said... Molding the front end is ASKING for problems man... I would definately reconsider.... if anything ever happens you cannot remove the front end and chances are (since you like the blinf factor) that you will get/want projectors.... and that isn't possible with your set up now... reconsider.... the back in shouldn't be a big deal.... side skirts won't be unless u need to remove your fenders

I like the color, i think you need some dark rims with a nice lip to finish it all out, if you want to keep it blingin go with like 18s or 19s...but the rims now gotta go...Id also say black out your rear lights some...All and all i really like the color...Im excited to see it finished. Looks awesome with that dark tint.

edit: please tell me that your getting new mesh...

lol well the story on that is...it came with that mesh and when i put the bumper on, the reinforcement bar had to stay, meaning the mesh couldnt fit right, so i chopped it up, but i wanna try to fix it some way to make it look good but i dont wanna scratch the paint. And when i figure that out i was thinkin of painting it black (along with the rear pieces)

like that?!?!?! lol
when i was at school someone pulled in and hit me and left.but its fixed now so ill have to wait and see, but the only reason its molded is cause the kit didnt match up with the car and it wasnt going to, so it got molded to make it look better

Maybe it has to be sanded with 1000 and 1500 grit and then buffed and polished to get more shine. Is this a single stage paintjob?

Im definatley not feeling the wing, doesnt flow with the car at ALL. Please dont ruin that great paint with that wing, go get one of those matching invader wings. I love the color though, once you get some more subtle rims and a new wing, its gonna look amazing.

So.... your friend just came over with a gun and sprayed the car on your driveway? Or did you guys brought it to his shop? In your garage?

It looks pretty nice, except some of the paint got on the passenger-side low beam rubber. The rear wing looks nice IMO. I'm not sure how it looks from the back.

Overall $500 and a friend to help you (doubt a friend would **** you over), you got yourself a good deal and a nice ride there.

love the color, not sure about the rest though... and as far as shine, let it break in for 60 - 90 days and buff it with a good polishing compuond...

instead of the park bench wing, you should try for a 2 post with or without the riser blocks. better rims would also make it stand out a little more. those rims are a little too much for a celica, of any year.

otherwise, it looks good. surprisingly inexpensive paint job too.

actually i took it over to his house cause he has a big 2-car garage he had cleared out. but when i get the break-in done im gonna buff it out and everything. but here on the 17th is a huge earth angel cruise-in at the fairgrounds so i wanna try n get it ready for then!

Reminds me of my GT (sigh!). This colour is excellent - when I roamed the streets everyone turned around to look at my Celi.
