I was pottering around with the celica last weekend and found amongst the fuse box a fuse for seat heaters, upon further investigation I traced come wires that connect under the seat to what looks like it cound be a element. The dosent seem to be a switch of any type to turn them on that I can see, does anyone else have these and can shed some light on the subject?

The only wires that run to the seat are the seatbelt indicator light wiring. Thats all I have anyway, I've had the seats out twice and inspected closely and no sign of anything else.
