Can anyone tell me how to get the ring that holds the bov to the flange in? It is driving me nuts!

needlenose pliers, its just a big c clip, two people makes it real easy.
have the second person put a flathead screwdriver on the end of the c clamp and press down, this will hold the clamp at an angle, with the back end down in the flange and the two ends of the c clamp angled up, well get the needle nose pliers in the small holes of the c clamp, press it and push down on your end while the other person holds the other end into the flange, its a pain in the ass but in the end its a pretty good way to hold the seal. |

bought mine for like 14 bucks at pep boys and it came with different tips, there were a few 90 degree bent tips also

Well snap ring pliers were useless, ended up putting it on useing vise grips, channel locks and 2 screw drivers. By starting it one side then using the channel locks to compress it and used the screwdrivers to pry the ring in.
