My company I own with 2 guys was asked to put on a charity car show. This was our first one of the season and the 1st of 10 by end of the year. It was a lot of fun. We had 40 cars show up. We had a bubble gum blowing contest which was really fun and brought all the "showers" and spectators together of all ages. We also had about 10 american classics show up but unfortunetely I was too busy running around to get pics and the guy who took the pics below didnt get any of them. The show was a success and we raised about 600 dollars worth of food and about 200 dollars in cash for the food bank. We also had chalk available for the kids but who knew there would be a graffiti artist in the crowd and he would pick up the piece of chalk?? It was so much fun!

*note - I would like to keep this topic open. If you dont like one of the cars then feel free to comment but lets keep it nice.

well done on running your own show, it does get difficult though doesn't it. You end up running around introducing yourself and trying to thank everyone for coming that you miss everything and you can't remember who you've spoken to.

I got about 40-50 cars at my first meet and it was hectic.

^ Yeah it was my 2nd car show that ive planned but I have a few more in the works such as the July 2nd All Toyota Festival :-)

Its fun though and trying to promote to others for future events is great. Team HB wants us to do a show up north for them cuz they drove 2 hrs to come to our show! :-)

Im stoked though cuz I get to help plan with Scion Exposed car show at Qwest Field its going to be NUTS!

awesome job!!
we do the same thing here in the car club I'm in, a charity car wash every year to raise money for innocent families who have lost family members due to street racing. it's one hell of a task to set it all up!

congrats!
