all 4 jdm headlights, wheres the best place to get em?, might need some help from US 6gcers Options

So, since im gettin a raise in about a week or so, im gonna b doing some mods to my car. One thing i havent really adressed is the exterior, well, besides my spray job. So any ways, im gonna get some GT4 blocks, JDM tails and i wanna get jdm heads. Only thing is, only place i know where to get them from is dealer (not gonna pay $500 each low beam), Fensport.co.uk, who want around $1600CND for the heads and tails shipped to my house, and Toyota world. But heres the problem, Toyotaworld has a 1-800 #, but it only works in the states. And i also dont wanna call them directly and have a hudge phone bill. I have tryed e-mailing them on a few occasions, but they dont like to reply either. Any ways, is there any where else to get them besides e-bay? And could some one down in the states make a phone call on my behalf? I really want these lights, and since the Canadian $ is doing so good these days, its perfect time to buy. If some one wants to help a fellow 6gcer out and give these guys a call, please PM me and ill pm you my details, such as mailing adress etc.

buy a $5 phone card and call toyota world... you get like 400+minutes... i got mine from them with no problems... but yeah.. i get better results when i phone them than when i email them

dont really wanna buy a phone card to make 1 call to the states, when i can maybe get some one nice on this site to do it for me..how much were all 4 for you in CND with shipping?

1600? DAMN! thats not cheap. I love the projectors, but at that price i'd just as soon keep my crappy stockies.

840usd shipped x whatever the exchange rate was at the time... it's like 1.14 or 1.15 now...

but i had my lights shipped to someone in the state to help me do my hid projector retrofit...

and that guy shipped it back to me marked as $200 via ups (if toyotaworld sent it marked @ 800usd... well.. you know about brokerage/taces)

for once ups delivered the package w/o asking for money... (they dropped off a box worth almost $1000CDN on my doorstep)

so i'll have to wait about 1month to recieve a bill from them to see the total cost including taxes + brokerage...

If you email toyotaworld make sure in the subject you put something to the attention of Jeff Watson, the guys replied me with estimate cost for the gt-four conversion. After that I had to call to place the order but ended up faxing it because it required a credit card authorization form!

Btw, let me know how much the headlights (low beams) are, I might buy a pair and we could split the shipping and brokage fee, its probably very cheap to ship from ontario to NB lol ...

I don't know what state toyota world is in... make sure to ask.

I have no idea what the price is. I haven't called toyota world. If you get it shipped to canada, there won't be sales tax, but if you have it shipped to someone in the same state at toyota world, then you will have to pays sales tax. It might be just cheaper and easier to aviod an america relay (no sales tax, no twice shipping, but would have to pay higher customs fees I think) . Not sure. I haven't looked at the numbers. I would be willing to make calls for you and/or have something shipped to me, and reship it to you if that wold make something like this cheaper.
