What do you want to know? It's kind of something that has to be shown to someone. I know propper cornering stratagies, braking, heal-toe, double clutch, probibly something else I don't know the names for. Check out racing schools or classes in your area. Sometimes there is some good stuff. If you can't do that, just watch car shows, they show stuff sometimes. Or get a buddy near you that knows them.

if its not drag racing the number one thing to know in my opinion is how to enter and exit a corner properly, along with the proper footwork to do it

Exactly, but you could write a pretty big book on those things.

i still dont get the whole double clutching thing, honestly.
if it's supposed to engage the clutch twice in order to save the synchros, you can just clutch once, but to save synchros AND the end of the driveline components, that's the only way i'd see DOUBLE clutching necessary...and IMO, F the differential.
