he ordered the same kit, and had lots of little issues he had to work out before the kit would even fit.

I`ve heard of some fitting issues with this kit too...some a nightmare, but some with spectacular results...I hope you get the latter of the two....Good luck.

the only thing i'd worry about ebay'd turbo parts, is quality.

Supposedly, there are a bunch of junk turbos made in china that people sell as parts of 'kits' for pretty cheap. $800 for a full kit, but the turbo dies in a week, destroying the engine or the kit.

make 120% sure that the turbo is 'legit' and isn't some ****ty knockoff, and you'll be fine.

Well this po'kid seems to be running fine after his few set backs. i spoke to my cousin who will be doing the install for me...he told me not to worry. the same exact issues pokid had was what he ran into with his set up...so he already knows what to do. im im confident all will go smooth.

did po'kid get the car up and running with that turbo yet? id like to see how that project turns out.

i dont know whats worse. buying a knock off turbo, or seeing the mr2 vendors poop their pants that somone is selling a product at a much lower price point.
