i wanna paint my inside trim pieces...but im kinda iffy if it will look good! so i was hoping some of you have pics of your painted plastic pieces around the speedo, the center console, vents, etc
lets see them guys! i was thinkin of painting it silver |

dustin, thats a pretty awsome color orange.....do i see metallic flakes in it? Is it the same color as the exterior?

no not the same orange, and it has sum kinda of metal flake in it (it was a rattle can for like 8 bucks lol)

good stuff...look really nice.

Just a word of warning to everyone, I did it and it grew old fast, to the point I wish it was black again. I kinda took out some of the "seriousness" of the whole interior. But hey, some will like it

I painted mine red a year and a half ago and still love the way it looks.
It totally makes the interior, and personally I think it should be painted straight from the factory. Not sure if I have a picture, but I'll have a look for one if anyone wants it. |

I still wiped down all the pieces with rubing alcohol (not to much tho, or ull start to remove the color from the plastic, and ur paint will look odd) -------------------- Kawi Love |

Wow! These look awesome! I'm really impressed by dustin's and forkee's (probably because my fav colors are orange and blue
 )....but really these all look great!I agree with rayme, though, I wouldn't want to paint it and then feel like it's too much...I'm gonna try and stick with my all-black leather interior idea.... ....if I can resist temptation after seeing this....

I just used normal car body paint. Audi flame red I think it is.
