Im using a 93 mr2t tranny non-lsd and I need to know if the passenger side axle comes with that long piece (i think the intermediate shaft) that goes in the tranny if i buy it from the dealer or elsewhere? or could i use my 5sfe one?

Go to mr2oc.com and try and find one there that is your best bet.

They are not too expensive from Toyota either. I bought all the selector pieces brand new for my car and it was about $170 total.

I don't know what these other yahoos thought you were saying but this is what you need to do:

Buy just the inner stub for the MR2
P/N: 43049-32030
As you can see it will inlude the part that slides into the trans and bolts to the ST185 axle:

Buy the whole axle for the ST185:
P/N: 43410-32113

Unbolt the ST185 inner stub replace it with the MR2 Inner stub.

Supersprynt was having issues with the with the carrier bearing lining up so you may want the MR2 carrier bearing bracket as well.
P/N: 43457-17010

You'll also need a spacer from a spare/junked axle and some longer bolts:
