i was gonna say 21 is best...but im already drinking...and im only 19 so....not much of a birthday thing, really cant drive prior to 16 so its kinda a bigger deal.

yeah it was pretty fun but i didnt really do anything other than go to the casino and it really only took an hour and a half to double my money so i just quit while i was ahead
