I got hurt last night at the good ole' toyota plant here. A crane caught me in the forehead when i turned around after checking a stack of Lower Arms to the corolla. I blacked out. Remember waking up in the floor really weak. Ended up with quite a few stitches and a whole lot of blood in my right eye.

o well, $hit happens...lol

I got pics for those with a sense of humor laugh.gif

Hopefully not, as you can tell, im not much of a looker as it is.

BUT, if it does, they make wonderful convo starters...lol...

like the 18 stitch scar in my leg from "Hey you guys, Bet i can jump that car on my bicycle..."

or the 9 stitch scar on the back of my head from "hey Josh, we can take this 15 mph curve at 60 with the moonroof down..."

I was a very young and stupid one...oops, did i say was.

I have bounced off a scaffolding when i did construction. No stiches, butterfly tape, and I was cross eyed for 15 minues after i woke up.

And 3 broken ribs from a ladder that collapsed, I got up fixed the ladder and when outside before I said anything. Had to go back to work the next day to set trusses.

I guess it is nice to hear that I am not the only bang up bob around biggrin.gif

Actually hit BY the truck, or in a car. Either way it still hurts and really sucks. Too many people jacked up for life from things like that.

I worked construction for a year and half. Thankfully, i was never seriously hurt there. Although i did see some pretty nasty injuries from other people considered i worked on a hospital.

no, they tried to make me take the night off but i cant afford it and told them that. the rest of my body kit, my hood, and all the paint and stuff set me back quite a bit. Missing a day of work at this point would be quite tragic. So ill be there at 10:30 tonight whether they like it or not.

Although i dont really talk about it that much due to some court cases coming up, i hit a 70 year old man in my camaro a year ago. He was standing in the road on the face of a hill in a blind spot. Threw him through my windsheild. He was airlifted to UK and was there for 3 months. Almost totaled the front end of my car and left me emotionally scarred for the rest of my life. I had never felt worse about anything ever, and had nightmares for several months.

that was Probably the worst time of my life.

ouch, man, I know that feeling...feels like s***...im sorry that you went through that, I've experienced something similar, though to a much lesser degree, so I can only imagine how you feel...

I worked at a desk on a construction site this summer...which means I got to "play nurse" to all the injuries that came in. Yeeeesh was that more blood for my liking...

ouch, that's gonna be one hell of a scar. just say you got it from saving some old lady from bad guys or what-not. and getting hit by a truck.... ouch. when i was 7 i fell out of a 2nd story window. landed on my frontal side. got a huge bruise on my forehead, sprained my index finger, but pretty much was able to walk away. but of course parents called the paramedics and took me to the er. but was able to go home same day.

When I was 5 I was climbing the high dive cause I used to swim on a team. I got to the very top and just as I stepped to get on the board I sliped and fell alllll the way down, my arm hit the ladder and I broke that, cracked 1 rib, broke my skull, and whatever that bone in the eyebrow is...yeah that was sticking out of my face. I've got a scar that goes from ear to ear across the top of my head

I burned my arm on a work-light. The grill is gone. I was reaching for a wrench.

Later, the scab came off.
