Hey everyone, since I'm leaving for Germany tomorrow, I thought I'd post up and see if anyone wanted any euro parts while I'm over there. I'll be there for 3 weeks, and I haven't planned to travel much, but I am planning on hitting any local junkyards where I'll be.

I've already had lots of requests for things to be brought back, and I don't know what the weight limit will be for me coming back, but I thought I'd see if anyone wanted any small parts (ie. the euro fog switch near the air duct) or anything else...

And no, I can't fit a GT4, 3S-GE, or euro fenders in my suitcase tongue.gif

You should see if they have clear turns for the 94-95. smile.gif Those would certainly be popular if you can find any.

okay, I'll be looking for the reinforcement brackets x2
unfortunately omega, I can't bring the bar itself back with me in my suitcase lol

I already had sidemarkers on the list, so if I see any I'll grab as many as I can

kb-2, the main compartment with cupholders? do you mean they have different ones from ours with the slide-out trays?

and as for clear turns, I'll see what I can do. I didn't know they had 'clear' turns... I just thought there was the orange ones and the kind of clear ones with an orange housing inside around the bulb...

and block, the first set of curren headlights I find are yours (I don't know how likely that will be) ... I'd keep them for myself, but I already have a set wink.gif

if I don't end up finding a good junkyard, I'll aim for the dealership for parts. keep the requests coming

see initial post... GT4 will probably not fit in my suitcase... biggrin.gif

and block, not to put a damper on things, but I doubt I'd find a Curren in the junkyards there... if I do, it'll be like winning the lottery! I'll buy all the **** needed for the conversion, ship it home, and you can have one set of headlights, I'll keep the rest biggrin.gif lol

I could use the gt4 hood latch and the crash bar brackets, the fog light button would be cool too.
Thanks, will you be contacting us from there?

azian, I'll look for the relay for you, but what rear fog lamp & harness are you talking about? Where is the rear fog lamp?

I'll keep in contact while I'm there, I will have internet access. I just don't know when I'll get to junkyards and if they're picked through... I don't know about anyone else, but it's hard to find celicas in junkyards around here anyway...

and as for where I'm going in Germany, I'll be staying in Wolfenbuttel, closest city is Braunschweig, and closest metropolitan I guess would be Hannover. Wolfenbuttel is where they make Jagermeister biggrin.gif

Its only about 12-15 dollars. Its a GT-FOUR rasier block emblem. I would need 2 obviously. Let me know. Thanks.,

Okay everybody, looks like chances are I won't find a 6gc in a junkyard... I've been here 10 days already and I've seen two Celicas, that's it! One was a 5th-gen and one was a 7th-gen. But I will still make sure to stop by a dealership, probably this weekend, and order the parts I have numbers for. Depending on how much the parts are, I'll let ya know what I can get.

I'll be looking to get:
GT4 reinforcement brackets
ST205 hood latch
a mirror relay
GT4 raiser block emblems
and the fog lamp switch/harness

anything else, post up now and I'll check before I go to the dealership.

I also haven't found any 94-95 turns, just 96-99 on German ebay... they're 40 Euros plus shipping, for anyone interested...

Could you check for the plastic cover for the gt4 strut bar in the rear please? Not the ones that cover the ends, but the one that goes over the bar itself. If they have it could you get a part # and a price for me please? The gt4 hood latch, but that's already listed. There was something else I just can't remember. Thanks!

umm... if the relay is for me, then don't bother getting it at the dealer.. that'll cost around $170 which is too much for me for a relay. but if somehow you can get it at a junkyard, then i'll want it.

also, i WILL want some spoiler block gaskets..
Right Side
76881-20090 or 76881-20080
Left Side
76882-20090 or 76881-20080

there are two part numbers for each because toyota may occasionally change the part number for later years making two existing part numbers..
so if the first one doesn't work, try the second one. i'll pay you asap... they should roughly cost ~$8 per side.
thanks

turns out you need your VIN number to order parts here, and I didn't bring mine with... I would ask for someone else to post up, but I don't have any time left here to get anything now! I'm pissed! why do you need a VIN to order parts? WTF?
