alright guys, before i hit you all with this, i do want you to know that i did search for a good while and didnt find the exact answer i was looking for.

Im going to turbo my 5sfe this winter. In my search, i found that they make a burien turbo kit for the 5sfe available at www.poweredbytoyota.com but upon reading feedback, i found that some were disappointed with the 75-80 HP that it sadly puts out. Not too mention their website isnt working.

So...

Will someone please make me a DETAILED checklist that i can print off so that i know EXACTLY what i need. Everything, every bolt, nut, and coupling.

Im wanting the best power for the least buck.

Thanks in Advance guys.

and, if possible, provide me with a website that sells a 5sfe turbo kit other than the burien.

alright, one more question. I was talking to one of my friends and he said that 360 cc injectors sounded kinda small for a turbo engine, He has a highly modded Srt-4 and he has 600 and something cc injectors.
is this true?

360cc are good for a generally small turbo..say ur standard ct26 at <14lbs, however whenever you start getting into high trim turbos, ex: T3 56+ trim, it wouldn't be a horriblely bad idea to get 410cc+ injectors because it's always nice to match as much air coming into your engine with and correct amount of fuel for proper detination

i dont agree with that at all. the 360cc injectros, are really 315cc's at best. they are too small for a 5sfTe with a ct26/27. those injectors are one of the main reason why so many people had blown motors on the 5sfTe's in the begining.

So I found a CT26 turbo now, so thats out of the way.

Has anyone had any experience with the ebay exhaust manifold and downpipe combo??? Or would you suggest something else?

heres the link, any input would be helpful

stay away from the ebay manifold and DP combos. theyre nothing but trouble for us.
follow my sticky, get a
stock genII 3sgte manifold, turbo (ct-26), oil lines, water lines, and oil pan.
you can also use the stock downpipe, but a good aftermarket DP is a nice upgrade.
buy a decent sized FMIC,
460cc injectors from a NA rx-7 ( the part # is in my profile)
emanage ultimate,
oil filter relocation
intercooler piping and clamps and couplers
oil take off fitting for the turbo oil feed(tunertoys.com), and -3an line + restrictor (atpturbo.net or com or whatever..lol)
youll need to get a steel -3an fitting custom welded onto your 3s oil feed line (its in my sticky)
ect ect..
