i've seen a couple people with them and i was curious as to where you can buy them from? i couldnt find them on ebay and i'd rather not get them on there anyways...thanks for your help!

NO!!.ebay is yoru firend...
 the 1995-1999 neon frotn strut bar fits...all u do is jus tap in another hole...... OR the OEM GT front strut bar works as well..but it only mounts to the firewall and the 2 strut bars....ive seen ppl put on neon strut bars along with their oem strut bar.....kinda like a 3-point strut bar....good luck tho.....Just my huimble opinion....
