Im gonna do an oil change on my celica gt and i wanna know what type of oil is the best that goes with it. Thanks

im a fan of mobile1 10w30 full synthetic. but i also hear Amsoil is VERY good.

What about for a 3sgte, should you use synthetic oil?

most guys with the 3sgte run full synthetic like myself.
i also ran mobile1 in my 5sfe then later 5sfte and its still running great, so im told in an mr2 now

i have a 5sfe so should i do 10w30 or 20w50

I'm a fan of penzol. It seems to do the trick. Use a different weight oil for different milage and condition. I use the high milage stuff at 10w30 for my 5sfe with 155k on it. The high milage oils really aren't that bad. I use to use Mobile1, but I got tired of paying so much for oil on an older car with something like 140hp. The stock 5sfe is only going to have 120hp, and there's not much of a need to put synthetic in if it's already old.
