I have a problem. Whenever I turn on my A/C I get cold air that reeks of the 90s! Not that I have anything against the 90s, but I would love to find out how (part numbers, instructions, price) to change the filter or something else to help the smell!

Is it a musty/moldy smell?
Probably crap growing in your evaporator box... There are products you can spray in you intake to kill mold and mildew in your AC, the only one that comes to mind is "Pure Air" made by the same people that make the "Arctic Freeze" DIY AC Recharger kits.
