What bits do you want, they are not expensive here in England if you can organise shipping, I can collate the parts no problem.
Driveshafts, rear diff, prop shaft?

if you want to make it really like a st205 you would need the entire SS rear suspension, rear brake set up, rear floor pan (from the front seats back to the hatch), rear sway bar, end links, the gas tank, new fuel lines, driveshaft, rear diff, all the mounts, new wheels to fit the st205 calipers, ect...

or you can go custom like celiman05, if you have the $$.

not offense on this but does your boy know the magnitude of this project ?

try to collect different discussions from this and other sites and show them to him before you put a penny on parts. I mean he may be up for the job but may not, so cover your rear end and show him all that is involved and problems other have encountered along the way. then if he's up for the job he'll give you an estimate.

If you don't have the money to buy Celiman's celica, then you don't have the money to do the conversion. You are talking about thousands in labor alone. And seeing that you don't even know what parts to buy I already know that you can't do the conversion yourself so you will have to pay for labor. I'm not being pessimistic, I'm being VERY realistic.

the swap is very expensive, and time consuming. you may not think so but all of those little stupid things add up very very quickly. take it from someone who has been there. also whoever is gonna do it for you, ur gonna need to have alot of faith in them to do it the right way. not to mention very good fabricating skills cuz theres definatley alot involved in that part of the swap.

im not saying you cant do it, im just saying you better be ready to spend a bunch of money, and go through some headaches.
