Using hks 3sgte cams on a stock 3rd gen 3s what can i expect with stock boost? Would it be a good idea to get any other supporting mods?

You would need some sort of ECU re-tune (piggyback, standalone, etc) to use those cams. The 3rd gen ECU won't be able to run the car right with the increased airflow (change in VE).
The 264/256 combo would be nice to get the last few horsepower out of a motor that has all the other bolt-ons while still keeping it streetable. I'd say there are better places to spend your money first. -Charlie -------------------- 2003 Subaru WRX Wagon

the first thing i would do is a standalone... anything else you do after that will benifit from it... up your boost and slap on a front mount.. tune it and zooooooooooom..
