My friend asked me a question today and thought id ask you guys waht you thought cuz i have my feelings but sometimes mine differ completely from tohers.


What would you guys think if ur boyfriend or girlfriend said "hey imma go move in with my best guy or girl friend"? theyve had a flirty relationship but both sides say nothing has ever happened out of all the years youve known them. Would you be ok with it?

I dont think i would be. Drunken nights happen. Im not very trustworthy of people so id be like uhh why cant u move in with the same sex. but then theres a problem when u get some dudes in an apartment cuz then they bring over chicks and party.

So anyways she said shes not sure how she feels about it. I told her to just see how it goes for a few months and if you feel that somethings not right hten get the F out. :-)

I would probably be ok with it because they were friends since they were like 2..and as for approaching him..i would just tell him straight up im not cool with it. But also my gfs dad is very very catholic and is against the whole "girls and boys living together" thing. He says that she should wait untill shes married b4 she moves in with a guy *whoops*, lol, but i mean i had to fight for her moving in with me next year and i had to have pretty much a 6 hour long talk with him to convince him that its gonna b ok and hes still not 100% ok with it. So i dunno..it would probably b ok with it mainly cuz i doubt it would happen..lol

The only thing I can relate it to is that Ive known Coomer for 3 years now and id say hes a pretty good friend of mine. Weve never even hugged and so I can pretty much 99.99999 percent gurantee nothing would ever ever ever happen between us. that .00001 percent is incase were the only people alive someday and we had to start a new world or something. lol

so if i was in the situation i could be trusted with my best guy friend. idk.

It's not only if you trust them, you have to also trust the person they are living with. I trust my boyfriend, I dont trust other women.

I have a very close guy friend who i basically lived with in college but i wasn't dating someone at the time. Idk it makes it different.

Its not about trust, its just a very un-easy situation. I totally trust my GF and she asked me the same about it, to move with a co-worker, as it would be better for her financial situation. But I totally didn't like the idea at all, but would had agreed if it was temporary. Guys are guys, period. I wouldn't like everyone to see my GF runnin' around half naked at bed time, and you can just imagine the other bad stuff.

It’s more about avoidance, and in some level jealousy (Why is my GF moving in with that guy and not ME?), Its a feeling you will get even if its impossible for her to move with you.

We will like what we are around all the time, that’s why work place romances are common, or crushes on co-workers. Emotional Misunderstanding is also common. Yes, exactly. You not understanding, or refusing to understand, proves my point. At least to me it does. I have a funny way of looking at and setting things up, so it could just be really confusing. I shouldn't discriminate to only women though. People in general are naive of their own emotions and tendencies. I just like to pick on women, cause I'm a sexest a-hole.

Most people don't/won't cheat - but sometimes things happen. I trust myself not to cheat but I also make sure I do not put myself in a situation where something could happen. Example...if I were to go out to a bar to hang with a friend, no problem. But if my friend asked to to go with him to some chics place or dorm with her friend afterwards then I will not put myself into the situation where cheating might cross my mind. If I were single, I'd be all over it, but not now. The temptation would be there and in the "heat of the moment" usually bad decisions are made. It's a matter of respect for your significant other. I wouldn't want her to do it, therefore I do not.

but back to topic, a girl and a guy living together with no messing around only happens on TV.
