I need to know how to convert for 15" rims to 17" or 18" ,do i have to do anying at all or can i just put them on?And if i do have to do somthing what is it that i have to do?

No needs for any changes. Just put the rims on and your ready to go. Atleast i think you doesnt need to do anything up to 19" or even 20" with the right tire profile.

simple... jack your car up, take your stock wheels off, put new wheels on, take lots of pics. just make sure your new rims have a 5x100 bolt pattern.
