My friends co worker brought his 03 viper by while i was at my friends house. He asked if i wanted to ride.... so of course i jumped at the opportunity..... and holy crap.... We hit up a long empty road where he took me from a stand still to 110mph. it only took a few seconds and about 3 gears. I cant even begin to tell you how freakin fast that thing was!!! It has an exhaust so the thing was screaming!!! so loud and sooooo fast and all this with the top down. SICK!! woot.gif

I loved every second of it. If you ever have an opportunity to ride in something that can go that fast and have a more than capable driver to take you around... DO IT! it will change your life (well not really but it will add a whole new definition of fast to your vocabulary) Just thought id share with you guys, it was a highlight in my current life of Work, school and sleep. kindasad.gif

i hate how hard they r to control, i drove one at the fontana raceway in So Cal. its was crazy fast thats for sure but it handles like a shopping cart and u might as well not even have a radio if ur gonna drive it hard, bcuz u cant hear a damn thing with that v10 screaming! but it does car ur perseptive of what fast is.

I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside.

laugh.gif haha thats freakin funny you mention it cause the dude says when he takes i through canyons, the rear always wants to get out from under him. and im glad others out there have experienced it. I think anything that moves that fast is a hell of an experience

yeah if ur not used 2 it u can end up in a bad situation. but in a straight line its something else, as u already know. personally i would not drive it in canyons, well not ones in the mountain areas, bcuz around here they r up high, and if u loose it, its game over! oh and just outta left feild, last night i saw a Lambo LP 640 murcielago, bently centennial GT, lotus elise, and a Carrera GT all at some out door mall. damn the Lambo took off on to a freeway on ramp and it sounded like a bike on steroids!

I rode in a '98 Viper RT/10 long time ago and it was pretty fast. But what felt ridiculously fast as fukc was a street-legal 9s Supra a guy around here has. Laggy, and then it's like you got hit by a freight train, followed by a meteor. My neck felt like rubber, and I couldn't breath...or I forgot. laugh.gif

I don't enjoy linear powerbands, like modded 996TTs and Vipers have, because they feel like BOOM...nothing more. Laggy powerbands like big single turbo Supras have feel scarier and more exciting, like when you're about to come. The sensation just keeps building up, haha. tongue.gif

LOl laugh.gif theres a good way of putting it. I think most anything above 400hp is gonna give you a hell of a ride and stick you to your seat. A lot of fun ! although you better have a good job to keep it fueled. This guy spends $800 alone in gas. Not including payment or insurance. He said his car payment has a comma in it...
