> Acura Integra Taillight Conversion

I'm thinking about doing a tail light conversion to the 94-01 Integra Altezza Tails. I know everyone's thinking "ewww everyone has those".. but truth is they look good on silver cars and I really want to do a Tail Light conversion. I'm just curious to know as to how much money (approx) it would be for a typical body shop to do this type of thing.

Wow your the first person besides me that I know of that has thought of doing the teg light set up in the rear. I would think that it shouldn't be to much cause they should fit in the old spot farly easy. If I were you I would go see I i could get a hold of just one light and see how it fits in. Then you should get an idea of how much it should cost, but it shoudl be like 500 or so at least.

I'd go with some 98+ Integra stock tail-lights(I think those are the ones with the red turn signals) if it were my car, simply because I don't like altezzas on many cars, but that's just me. wink.gif I think that the stock tail-lights without any amber would look interesting on a sixth gen. Go with what you want though, and don't let anyone's opinions affect yours, because it's your car. smile.gif

Well, I really do like the Integra Taillights, thats why I want to do this conversion. I really do like Integra stock tails as well, they are very sweet looking. But the reason i'm thinking of going Altezza is because the chrome housing looks good against silver cars. Thats pretty much my big reason for going Altezza.

I'd go with RSX tails I think. I really like the way that they look on the RSX, and I'd imagine that they'd look cool on a sixth gen as well.

I'd go with the carbon-fiber lookalikes if I were you. Or maybe the new APC altezzas that are paintable and paint them the color of your car. Either way it's gonna be sweet! smile.gif

If someone can give me some shots of the back of their car I could get some photoshopped images of the conversions done pretty quickly. This is also a request for myself because i'd like to see how it looks.

Here's the cf one, if you want another just say; it was kind of hard trying to get the dimensions straight between the size of tail lights compared to ours (I made them smaller but I think they should still be a bit smaller) but it should give you an idea of how it would look.

That would look sweet. If you get it done you'll have to post a bunch of pics.
