Somewhat OT.. but what set would you guys recommend.. I need to start buying my own tools and stop using my brothers.. Matco, Mac, and all those expensive ones =[

I was thinking those craftsman tool sets.. But I won't need about half of them. I will most likely need the usual for the Toyota cars.. 8,10,11,12,14,17,19,21mm

Would it be better to buy seperatly.. or are there sets that only include MMs

i just picked up a set of channellock 171 pc set at sams club for 60 bux. has a lifetime warranty. id say craftsman only because they make good tools and if any are bad, take it to the store and get another one free. and theres lots of sears stores. if you dont need anything fancy, i go to harbor freight and got a deep impact Metric set for $10, 1/2" breaker bar $15, 1/2" 4 pc. extension set $10, O2 sensor socket $5, hex sockets for $6...although i do miss my craftsman but i cant afford to buy em right now.

Yea I was thinking of getting those cheap tools from Harbor Freight. I did get pissed when using one of the sockets.. and it broke.. while I was removing the oil pan plug..

I will most likely use cheap sockets and craftsman wrenches. Maybe my bro will give me some of his Matco tools Lol.. those are awesome.
