I have a 91 japan spec. alltrac swap with mr2 turbo trans. I hit 130 mph then it was like hitting a brick wall! I though it would be higher than that.

I did a **** hair under 140 in 4th gear at redline on the dyno and didn't hit limiter..
-------------------- 87 4runner DLX 22re, 5spd, 4.30gr, 4" lift, 30" tires, HID w/ Projectors, 6spkr + sub, custom exhaust, 94 celica leather seats, SR5 gauge cluster and clinometer. Future engine swap... possibly a 2jzge.

the cars are sposed to speed cut at 195kph i think.. atleast standard ecu's etc... as simple as terminating a few wires and the speedcut doesnt work.. or just get one of them hks speedcut defenders.. problem solved

on my 7afte after 110 it stops reading but keeps pulling soo i'm guessing i'm doing like 140mph them something happens that feels like fuel cut...?? it cuts off then after it a while its like i'm getting fuel again?...... is that the limiter ?

yip thats the speed limiter.. when u go over the limit it cuts fuel then when u drop below the limit it flows again... weird sensation

lol i have a speed limiter at 115, hit it HARD...because the car is still pulling good at that point. scared the shiat outta me first time i hit it. i'll have to beat that 133 soon

I hit 118 in my st.... so I don't see any faster than 120 bc my car was going downhill and it only wanted to go a "cunt hair" more.

ok in my st 7afte auto i hit around 125 and then it cut out , fuel cut and then after it goes down to 122 it comes on again i wish i could get rid of it but i dont know how ,and ideas
