well yeah, Im looking for some kinda agency so that i can do my work.

I do backstage work, like lightboard operator, stage managing, soundboard operator and ect.

so if you know someone in that business in or around LA

tell them that im looking for a job to do something like that.

or if you know an agency

help me out yea?

Try going around to different theater groups. I did all of that stuff in high school - because no one else in the Drama dept knew how to do it. Now whenever I go to the theater all I do is criticize the light plotting.

But yeah, go to the different theaters in the area and talk with the building manager about it. Different production groups rent out the stage, and they'll need someone to run their lights and such.
