Has anyone seen this before?

Um, why?
It doesn't exactly take a lot of effort to loosen a 14mm bolt and remove it, then clean the hole, reinstall new gasket if needed, and tighten bolt..... --------------------  |

i used them all the time for deisel trucks, 8 gallons pouring down...makes it ez
