thaks for the feedback, man i spent 2 hours just putting masking tape on. i didnt have a jack stand so i had to paint them on the car, i just crammed a bunch of news paper between the wheel and rotor. and i think i have carpal tunnel from all the sanding and spray painting.

i used the duplicolor flat black, it was about $6 a can, i only need about 3/4 of a can and i put one 3 coats, too bad ur not closer, i have an extra can, medium and fine sandpaper and masking tape. I would just give it to you.

yeah it has a nice gloss the pix dont really show it. dulpicolor sells a clear coat just for this application, i might try that out. but they say to spray the clear within one hour of last coat or after a week of curing. i didnt know how it would come out so i held off on the clear, but i might go back and do it, just for chipping and fade protection. thanks 4 the feedback!

yeah i just went and got a hood from a junkyard and cut it at a friends shop. honestly the hardest part was trying to get the mesh in without scratching the paint.

funny part is i really did! u just cant see it in the pix, but its a tiny part on the inside of one of the spokes, and since i dont wanna mask it all off again i might just use a black marker!! its only a tiny spot less than the size of a pencil eraser head.
