Does anyone know if a shifter from a 93-97 corolla will fit in a st celica. Or if there are any other cars that use our same shifter(camry........)

just look at the parts number if they match then they are the same.....

Well,a guy here were I live has a 95 corolla and has the short shifter that they sell on ebay from procarparts.com. I talked him into letting try to fit it in my car. It actually fit(barely) after I forced it to. It did NOT work right. If you have ever wondered if this would work I just want to let you know that it doesn't. Even though I got it to fit it was not a shorter throw and the upper arm is actually longer than ours. Anyways I gave it a shot.I guess I'll be ordering the TWM shifter.
