dont get me wrong... I love my celi... very very much. But I dunno... Its a 12 year old car and its starting to get its problems...

Top motors are busted... (my fault rolleyes.gif)
Top should probably be replaced in general... its really becoming a POS
Electrical problems left and right it seems like
Back windows are always f'ing up in some shape or form
I hate having to be an extra careful driver at times... meaning watching out for stuff I normally wouldnt havta look out for if i didnt have my kit...
and well... list goes on but its not that huge of a list...

The thing is... Ever since I got this "promotion" at my work... Ive been making a lot better money... And well... I've always ever since the day it came out, have had my eye on the scion tc. I've always told myself... "someday I'll have one of those..." but well... now I can! laugh.gif very easily too might I add!

So... besides the fact of me wanting a scion tc for a couple years now... would it be a wise choice to ditch the celi for the tc?

but there's also a downside to this too... say if I bought one... that would be the 2nd tc that would be parked at my house... my sister traded in her Lexus IS300 for one 2 weeks ago so she could have a cheaper car for college. I think she bought it just to piss me off cuz she knows Ive wanted one for years and it just happens to look nice too... mad.gif But hahaha thats not really much of a reason to not get one I think...

I dunno though... Im torn... frown.gif I know I wont be selling any time soon though thats for sure...

Sabrina - go hop on scionlife.com and hit up the northwest section. Its an awesome group of people. Maybe go out to a meet or two and see if u like the community and check out the mod options and what not.

I thought about a tC for a minute till I realized everyone and their mom (im not kidding) has a tC or scion.

yea lots of people do have scion tc's... but they are still very nice cars and a step up imo from the celica... plus now ur sister has one, so 2 is kinda overkill in a way... u should have taken the is300 off her hands wink.gif

^^^ hahaha noooooo way... I would be raped by car payments and insurence if I took the lexus. laugh.gif

im not modding any more cars, ive had my fun with the celi lol I dont really mind that everyone drives em... I still love em biggrin.gif After the celi if im gonna do anything with a car its gonna be mainly involving the stereo system and minor lil things

gah... i was SOOOOOOOOOO pissed off when my sister brought home that tc... actually pissed off doesnt even come close to how I felt when I saw that thing parked in our driveway laugh.gif I'll havta take some pics of it one of these days... the person who had it before her did a lil work to it. Touch screen DVD/CD/MP3 player, cromed floor panneling (however Im not really fond of it), then a few LEDs here and there...

two tc's at one house though... ehhh... I dont really care... she has her car and I'd have mine... its not like we're sharing the same car... lol

but its still gonna be awhile before I do anything... Im gonna be going to school in fall so doing car payments wont be any fun at all... Might as well keep the paid off car with no huge problems for college... Ugh... Im just getting kinda bored though... kindasad.gif

have you ever driven a tc though? i like them a lot but my only beef with them is they have a huge blindspot ont them. the pillar that the seatbelts are on are HUGE! i checked out a few b4 i found my celi.
all in all if i found one for a killer deal i would pick it up in a heartbeat.
GL on whatever you choose to do.

i drove my sister's around for a lil bit... but not enough to really feel what its capable of. But I like what I saw so far... and Im totally use to having blindspots as it is... when the top is up in the celi its basically one big blindspot tongue.gif

I remember a few years ago when I was taking my driver's test for my liscenes... the lady who got in my car was a lil nervous that it was being done in a convertible just for that reason haha
