Your more then a year registered and still have to ask a question like that? smile.gif
Engine bolts into the car just fine. Only things need to be done is FMIC, fuel pump and the wiring of the 5th-> your 6th gen and your good to go.

FMIC is not necessary!
I've done the same swap just a few months ago. Instead of the a/a ic setup, I've made it w/a using a waterpump from an ST205.
If you are planning to tune it up, than you could look for FMIC.
Don't think it's an easy swap. Just because the engine bolts right in doesn't mean it's an easy job if you've never done it before wink.gif Are you planning to do the swap yourself?

Sourcing ST205 parts in the US is not really easy. Intercoolers+piping however are much easier to find/buy.

Dr.Tweaks wiring service might suit you here. you could email him and see exactly needs to be done. I had him do my wiring harness and haven't had any problems, it makes the swap less troublesome. http://www.phoenixtuning.com/services.html
Hope that helps with the wiring aspect.
