QUOTE(jesterwr217 @ Aug 5, 2007 - 2:22 PM) just ordered my devils own kit so now we get to see what its like on a turboed st!! awsome! I took my front bumper off and mounted the w/i pump to the crashbar. Just a suggestion. It helps keep the heat away from the pump! This post has been edited by toyotacrazy: Aug 5, 2007 - 5:10 PM |

It helps keep the heat away from the pump! theres really no point to that being the meth in the water/meth mix turns cool as its being flowed through the pump which acts and a cooling to the pump maybe not the motor. but you shouldnt mount a pump to something that far at the end of the frame anyways. it has much greater chances of being damaged in a minor accident. -------------------- 94' ST Coupe - 5sfe Motor swap and brake swap.

You arent flowing meth through it constantly. If you sit at a light for a few minutes and the pump is near the engine, it will get hot. All I was saying was there isnt much room under the hood for extras. Its very easy to mount it behind the crash bar. Plus, if I get in a wreck that crunches my crashbar, the last thing I will be worried about is a $200 injection motor. IMO |

you drill a hole, thread tap it (if your pipe is thick enough), and bolt it in .

Ive just bought the 150 PSI Stage 2 Digital Progressively Controlled Kit from enginerunup.com for my faff, hoping to fit it next week though ve ordered some Aquamist jets and check valves as the supplied checkvalve assembly is just plain big ass ugly. The kit will be interfaced with an Aquamist DDS3 for monitoring purposes.
What boost pressure are you guys triggering at? Im looking to start at 12psi ~ 50% upto 18psi+ ~ 100% running 50/50 methanol/water. Id love to get my pump mounted in the engine bay and use the stock washer bottle assembly as my reservoir and add a small bottle for my screen wash as trunk space is already limited on the GT4 and I have my battery in there also. Pics would be great ![]() -------------------- 1994 JDM GT4 WRC

let us know if that sprayer nozzle falls out that way. Not saying it will, just that many of us here are unsure of the best way to put it.

QUOTE(jesterwr217 @ Aug 19, 2007 - 11:47 AM) QUOTE(CaliJeff @ Aug 19, 2007 - 11:44 AM) let us know if that sprayer nozzle falls out that way.
