 Finding a short |

Hi, this is my problem, if i let the car sit for more than a couple hours to a day, the battery will be drained, now I know it is a short which is the problem, but how hard do u think it is to find it, any tricks i can use, ect... ?

i had the exact same problem. it may just be loose wireing. my old cavalier had the connection to the alternator burned off. check all wires leading from the alt to the battery.
