okay...so this might be the dumbest question ever asked on these forums...but is it possible to put hatchback taillights on a coupe??? i mean they are for a celi...and it dosent look like theres much of a diffrence on the 2 models...except the hatch is shorter that hte coupe....so its just a stupid idea that i ahd earlier today....cause i really like the hatch back tails alot better.

thoughts?

No. They are completely different in size and shape.

they don't fit, the amount of modification needed.... it would be easier to have a custom light made out of your coupe ones.. beside curren tails look hawt imho.

i used to have a coupe and their lights are thinner and round off more on the corner etc.

It will take him a moment to realize that he's about to make a 180 degree turn at speed, but you will be ready for it. Brace for the g's, and fast heel-toe work.

you can do what i did... remember how the stock ones had 2 lights on either side? and how the curren lights are one solid light? but made with 2 separate bulbs...

well i put some led's in there and then you can put a piece of duct tape to split them apart on the inside of the lense (its ghetto i know) but you can also make the jdm hatch style shape like this \\ for the drivers and // for the passengers

it greatly reduces the amount of area lit up when braking.... and i got worried about getting rearended... so i just left it back as one solid area

but get a BRIGHT led setup for back there... dont get the unnoticable ones... ask anyone who drove behind me while i had them.... its crappy
