okay guys, I got a 1994 celica st with a swapped 3sgte, now the battery drains quite quickly, so the other day i started to pull fuses, and once i pulled the alternator fuse, the short stopped, now my alternator is completly fine and doing its job, is this a internal short, or more likely wiring from the alternator, any ideas?

have your alternator tested. i have seen this before and it ended up being a short internally within the alt.
