Toyota need to pull a bigger rabbit out of their hat to be able to compete with the m3 and c63. I liked the thought of the IS-F but the body isnt as nice as i hoped.

i think that the IS- F is sexi. and being able to put that much torque is def a +1 for me.

I personnaly think tha the styling is way too expressive so to speak. Lexus is going nowhere with this styling cue cauz it's not the "image" of the brand. Toyota should instead thinking about a Celica RWD come-back, and a Supra version (yes I'm a bit nostalgic, but I think that was the best times of Toyota's sport cars) with a turbo. Look at the Toyota line-up today, what's left in the showrooms for sport car enthousiasts, nothing. If I had to buy a new car today, it wouldn't be a Toyota

IS-F is nice but i just read in Road and Track that lexus is planning a GS-F powered by the the same V-10 engine thats in the LH-F .....hmm a v-10 powered GS....NICE!!!

Lexus is planning on releasing a lot of new sportier style vehicles. The IS-f sounds AMAZING. When it revs, it's like... i just want to buy one haha. Hopefully i'll get to test drive them soon!
 . The GS-f is going to be nice, next year they will be releasing the 08 GS models with a facelifted bumper, and it will look much more agressive. There will also be rear diffusers on the back bumper. Toyota is sticking with it's "family oriented" image for now, and will continue it's "tuner" cars in Scion, and it's performance cars in Lexus. --------------------  |

first, this is way old news
 and where did you get 3.5L? its 5L and the official engine/performance specs arent out yet. 400+hp and 350+ ftlbs is all we know.http://www.lexus.com/isf/isf/specs.html --------------------  I think Bigfoot is blurry, that's the problem. It's not the photographer's fault. Bigfoot is blurry. And that's extra scary to me, because there's a large, out-of-focus monster roaming the countryside. |
