i got into an accident like a month ago. and my insurance handled it all. but i just got around to taking my car in to my mechanic to see what he said. and boy did he have a laundry list of complaints about the paint and body work.
while i was there i noticed the rubber seal between the hood and the bumper wasn't even installed. and as far as i can tell there isn't any seal between the bumper and the fenders either. but i don't have photos that show off that seal. so the question is: am i correct in assuming that there is a rubber moulding/seal between the front fender and the bumper? taking it back so they can view my complaints tomorrow. |

There is a rubber seal between the bumper and the hood. It is held in with 4 bolts if I remember correctly
![]() You can see it on this picture, its the black that mounts to the front bumper. Found the picture in the Engine Pics thread, and just had to use Itchy's because its so damn sexy. There is actually no rubber molding between the fenders and bumper, so he didn't mess that up. This post has been edited by C3L1CA: Nov 14, 2007 - 4:51 AM -------------------- -Brad
