how hard is it to replace your axles and rear strut mount bushings? im probably going to pick up a project celica car and that's what it needs... kindasad.gif

Besides gettin the drivers side axle pulled from the tranny.. more time consuming than hard.

I would get new axle seals and replace those. Also be careful about which axles you get; many of the cheaper rebuilds will go pretty quickly. I'm sure others will tell you some good brands (I bought the cheapies.)

The sway bar links can be a PITA as well if they need to come out when replacing the top mount. I replaced those at the same time so I'm not 100% positive if they need to be removed.. But get plenty of PB blaster and be prepared to replace those as well.

any body have pictures of the strut bushings? is it the cap that holds the 3 strut mounts?

KYB is OEM. Someone here on the board bought the moog mounts and had bad luck with them.
